Pesto/sun Dried Tomato


2 cups dried tomatoes in oil
1 cup fresh Italian flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted1
1/4 cup pistachio nuts, shelled
6 clove garlic
1 tablespoon orange juice or juice of 1/2 orange
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 tablespoon salt

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
