PHILIPPINE CHICKEN

Ingredients:

1 cut-up chicken
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 clove garlic, sliced

Put all ingredients into crockpot; cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve over rice.
