This is awesome on a hot summer day!
Pina Colada Cake
1 box Yellow cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can Coco Lopez cream of coconut(the blue can NOT red!!!)
For icing:
1 container cool whip
1 bag coconut
Bake cake in 9 1/2" x 13" baking dish as directed. Poke holes in cake. (A straw works best for me) Pour condensed milk over & put in fridge for maybe an hour. Then pour cream of coconut over. Mix Cool Whip and coconut and spread over cake. Best if refrigerated over night. Enjoy!!
