Pineapple Casserole

1 stick butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
5 pieces white bread, toasted and crumbled
3 eggs

Large can crushed pineapple with juice Cream together butter and sugar. Combine eggs with mixture and beat til fluffy. Add bread and pineapple and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

This is a great dish to take to travel to a family gathering. You may serve it hot or cold
