I’ve got the dough rising for pizzas today - of course the “traditional” cheese, pepperoni, anchovy and also one taco-style - taco seasoned ground beef topped with shredded Cheddar, olives, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions.
I’ll cut chicken breasts into fingers and bread them - oven baked.
Marinara sauce for dipping.
Antipasto is done - just needs the tomatoes added and the dressing.
Easy for me - too much shoveling to do today - it won’t stop snowing! grrrr
