1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
1/2 c. pizza sauce
3/4 c. pepperoni
1 c. light fancy shredded mozzarella
Heat oven to 425 and grease 2 cookie sheets. Unroll the dough and
press into a 12x10" rectangle. Cut into four 6x5" rectangles and
spread each with 2 tbsp. pizza sauce (to within 1/2" of the edges).
Top each with 1/4 c. cheese and pepperoni. Start with long side and
roll up. Cut into 1/2" discs. Bake 8-10 minutes on greased sheets.
Remove from sheet immediately. Serve hot.
