Play Dough

2-1/2 cups flour
2 pkgs Kool-Aid
1/2 cup salt
1 tbsp alum

Mix together and add:

2 cups boiling water
2 to 3 tbsp oil

Stir until well blended. Knead until smooth. Store in covered container.

  • Kids will love it! The Kool-Aid adds color and smells great.

This is great! My grandkids will love it. Play dough is so expensive…this will really help. I am going to make this with them next time I visit. Thank you for another great post!!

Be warned, the kids will try to eat this stuff because it smells so good LOL Luckily, it’s not toxic. You just have to make sure that they play with it on a clean surface and not somewhere where they can incorporate “dirt” in it and then eat it. LOL

Hey Aline, Thanks for the warning. I just may have to make some for myself to play with…I’ll try not to eat any either LOL
