I am looking for the recipe for the butter dipping sauce that Outback Steak House uses for their crab legs. It is great. I know they clarify the butter, but I don’t know what they add into it.
Outback’s Tiger Dill Sauce (for crab legs)
2/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 t. prepared horseradish
3/4 t. sugar
1/4 t. dill weed
Blend all together and serve with any dish. Better if left to sit overnight in fridge.
