Popcorn and Nut Mix
Flavored with butter and with a hint of heat and herbs, this addictive cocktail mix is a cinch to prepare.
1 (12-ounce) can mixed dry-roasted salt-free cocktail nuts
4 cups popped popcorn
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Heat oven to 275Â°F. On a large roasting pan, toss nuts and popcorn with butter. Sprinkle evenly with thyme. Combine salt, pepper and garlic powder; sprinkle over top and toss well.
Bake 15 minutes. Transfer to large sheet of wax paper and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
