Poppy Seed Chicken

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts chopped and cooked
1 can cream chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbs poppy seeds
1 cup crushed crackers
2 Tbs melted butter
1 can mushrooms
2 cups cheese of your choice
1 onion chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine chicken, soup, sour cream, onion, mushrooms and poppy seeds.
Pour chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish.
In another bowl combine cracker crumbs and butter.
Stir until the crackers are well coated.
Place buttered cracker crumbs on the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake casserole for about 35 minutes.
