Pork and Cabbage

2 lb. pork roast 4 cans chicken broth 1 onion, chopped 1 to 2 t. hot sauce 3 T. olive oil head of cabbage 1 t. salt 1 t. pepper
Saute onion in olive oil till tender. pat salt and pepper into roast. Add to oil and brown on both sides. Pour in chicken broth until it covers meat. Add a can of water if needed.Add hot sauce. Cook over med. heat until meat is tender about 1 hr. Cut cabbage in wedges and add to broth. Cook until tender about 20 minutes.
