Pork & Sauerkraut
1 Pork Roast
1 lg bag or lg can of Sauerkraut
1 oz Soy Sauce
1 12-oz can of Beer (I prefer to use Coor’s Light)
Garlic and Pepper to taste.
Put roast into Crock Pot (fat side
up). Sprinkle garlic and pepper
fairly heavy. Drain and rinse
sauerkraut and put on top of roast.
Add soy sauce and beer. [I prefer to use Coor’s Light. Don’t use a heavy dark beer nor ale]
Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
