Pork BBQ Sauce

Roger’s BBQ Sauce

1 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1/8 C Lemon Juice
1 TBS Black Pepper
1 C Apple Juice
½ C Ketchup
2 TSP Chili Powder
1 TSP Onion Powder
¼ C Olive Oil
¼ C Brown Sugar (packed)
1 ½ TSP Paprika
½ TSP Cayenne Pepper
1 ½ TBS Salt

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat almost to the point of boiling. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Makes 3 cups of sauce. I keep it in the frig indefinitely.
