Pork Chop Bake

4 pork chops, browned
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
stove top stuffing mix, pork flavor made according to package directions

Place browned pork chops in a 9x13 inch casserole baking dish. Mix soup and milk together than pour over pork chops. Top with prepared cooked stuffing. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

I have made this recipe and it is delicious, however, I cut up my pork chops into bite size pieces, then brown them, turns out sorta like a casserole then.

Hi Prango, your sugestion of cutting the pork chops in bite size pieces sounds great. I will have to give it a try. Thanks for your post…Prairiehen

I have also used a similar version to this with thinly sliced pork cutlets. After searing the porkchops i made a homemade gravy and layered the porkchopes and stuffing then covered the entire "casserole in the gravy. family loved it

You had me at PORK haha this looks great! Thanks!

great

omigosh I have to try this! I am gonna love this site!

I haven’t tried this using pork chops, but I’ve made it several times with skinless boneless chicken breasts…very tender and moist.

This sounds like a great recipe, and I can’t wait to try it. Thanks!
