My family raved on and on the first time I served this and it is a favorite of ours now. Throw it all in and leave the cooking to the crock pot!!! Simple and easy!!!
Would just like to know if it makes it own gravy. I don’t have the pork chops on hand but do have a beautiful pork loin roast that would be just great. I am going to try that. Thank you for sharing this. I am anxious to try this.

It doesn’t make it’s own gravy, just a nice tasty juice from cooking. You could take the liquid and make a gravy I guess. If you know of a way to make a gravy while in the crockpot, let me know!..enjoy!!
I have a similar recipe that I make with a roast but it also has cream of mushroom soup in it and to make gravy, I usually just remove the meat and add 2 Tbsp. corn starch that has been mixed with 1/4-1/2 cup water. Put on high for about 20-30 minutes and it makes the liquid thicken to gravy.
