Pork Loin Roast

Question: How do I cook a pork loin roast? (if that’s the right term). Looks like a long can-shape on its side with no bones.

My first thought would be to put it into a foil covered pan, and cover with foil, but I don’t know what oven temperature and how long to cook it. I guess it depends on how much it weighs.

Any help.
