Pork Tenderloin with Pears

16 oz can pear halves
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 lbs pork tenderloin
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon and sugar
pinch of nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
4 serving hot cooked rice

Drain pears reserving juice. Combine pear juice and soy sauce in a shallow dish. Add pork; cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Bake pork at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until done. Set aside and keep warm.

Combine reserved marinade, ginger, cinnamon and sugar, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Add pears and simmer 5 more minutes.

Slice pork; place on bed of rice. Pout sauce over pork and serve.
