Tomorrow’s Sunday Dinner -
Boneless pork roast cooked in the crockpot with gresh garlic, fresh parsley, salt, pepper.
Steamed fresh carrots and broccoli.
Green salad - olive oil/red wine vinegar dressing.
Dessert - homemade Dutch Pear Pie - no roll crust, pear/sugar/cinnamon filling and crumbs on top.
Since the pork roast is a good-sized one - there will definitely be leftovers. So Monday I will cut the leftover pork into fingers and make a stir fry - pork fingers, veggies and teriyaki sauce - served over hot rice.
