Potato Salad

8 potatoes
8 eggs, hard-boiled
1 cup of Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 cup of Mayonnaise
1 large sweet onion
2 green onions
1/2 cup celery
Add enough sliced pimentos to give color
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
3 dashes paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste

Put eggs in water in saucepan to hard-boil. Clean potatoes, cube in about 1/2 inch chunks and boil until soft. (I prefer to cook the potatoes in the microwave.) Set the potatoes aside to be added last. Dice the onion finely, also the green onions. Shell the eggs and cut into small pieces. Throw these ingredients into bowl, along with all the other ingredients except paprika and blend thourghly. Add the potatoes last.
Smooth the mixture in bowl so that the top is flat. Sprinkle on the paprika in a tic-tac-toe pattern.
Place mixture in refrigerator for a few hours to let the onion flavor spread through the salad and also to let them soften somewhat. You can also add chopped pickles, or chopped peppers for an added crunch.
