3 (about 400g) potatoes - boiled, cut into medium size cubes and deep fried with the skin on
2 cup frozen chopped spinach
1 tbsp cumin seeds
6 shallots - sliced
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
When oil is heated, saute onions to soften for 2-3mins.
Add in cumin and once the seeds starts to pop, goes in all the rest of the ingredients.
Keep stirring for another 4-5 mins before removing from heat.
