PRALINE COFFEE
Ingredients:
2 qt. brewed coffee
3 (12 oz.) cans evaporated skim milk
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
3 C. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 C. vodka
1 T. vanilla
2 tsp. maple flavoring
In Dutch oven, combine coffee, milk and sugar. Stirring
occasionally, cook over medium-high heat until mixture begins to
boil. Remove from heat. Stir in ice cream, vodka, vanilla and maple
flavoring. Serve hot.
