Purple Cow Smoothie

This recipe is great on a hot, muggy summer day ! Tastes great !Â

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup grape soda
2 cups vanilla ice cream
10 cubes ice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
milk

Low Down: Use diet soda, a diet ice cream such as SPLENDA, and either 1% or 2% milk

DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine grape soda, ice cream, ice cubes and vanilla. Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add milk until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into glasses and serve.
