Q. Please

Hello members…interesting forum you have here!:sunglasses: I have been lucky enough to come across the dry ingredients less flour for a very nice Pizza crust. I have about 2 onces of the above. I taste yeast, salt & sugar for sure. Is it possible to send a sample of what I have, to a company that could analyze what I have so as to tell me exactly what I have?

I would like to know what percent of each ingredient as well?

Anyone know of such a company? I tried google without luck.
