Quick Cheddar Bread

3-1/2 cups biscuit mix
2 cups (8 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1-1/4 cups milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine biscuit mix and cheese. Add milk and eggs, mixing just until moistened. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 55 minutes, until done. Remove from pan and serve warm.
