1 (1.25 oz) pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (14 1/2 oz) can tomatoes, chopped
3/4 c. water
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
In a large skillet brown ground beef. Drain.
Stir in chili seasoning mix, onion, peppers, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and simmer 5 minutes. Before serving, top with shredded cheddar cheese.
