Quick & Easy Budget Stroganoff
1 lb ground chuck (or ground beef)
1 lg onion, diced
1 pint sour cream (or unflavored yogurt)
8 oz. wide noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Brown ground chuck and onion. Drain well and add soup. Cook noodles in another pan; drain/rinse and add to meat mixture. Cook for 10 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sour cream (or yogurt) and mix well.
