Quick Fruit-Flavored Gelatine Fizz
1 [3-ounce / 85-g] package lemon, orange or lime gelatine powder* 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] peeled, orange and grapefruit segments, or whole seedless grapes *Prepare gelatine according to quick-set method; refrigerate until slightly thickened. Set aside 2/3 cup [160 mL] of slightly thickened gelatine. Stir orange and grapefruit segments or grapes into remaining gelatine; spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Beat reserved gelatine using an electric mixer until doubled in volume. Evenly spoon over fruited layer in dishes. Chill until set, for approximately 10 minutes.
