Found a great recipe for lamb chops cooked on a griddle pan or barbecue, very simple doesn’t need any real measuring. I just put the lamb chops in a food bag, mix the marinade in a bowl
For 4 lamp chops:
3 large table spoons of tomato ketchup
3 table spoons of brown sugar
3 table spoons of dark soy sauce
juice of half a lemon
salt and pepper
Mix up and tip into the bag with the chops leave it for a couple of hours, before cooking remove the excess marinade from the chops or this will just burn on the outside.
