Quick N Easy Shrimp & Crab Alfredo
1 T olive oil
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 can crab meat
2 tsp lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
25 medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 T parsley
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 T onion powder
Instant/Wondra flour (or all-purpose flour)
Prepare linguini according to the package directions.
In a large skillet, add olive oil, garlic, crab and lemon juice.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except flour and linguini. Heat for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Thicken to taste with Wondra flour. Serve over Linguini.
Makes 4 servings.
