Quick Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter or margarine; softened
2 eggs
1 c. milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking sheets.
Combine cake mix, peanut butter, butter and eggs in a large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until lighlly browned. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets. Remove to cooling racks.
Makes 4 dozen cookies
Note: Crunchy peanut butter can be substituted for creamy
