My mom brought a griddle to me this weekend. You know the big kind that you plug in the wall. Besides pancakes, what can you cook on it? I would like to use it because it will be less likely to heat the house while I am cooking. I cant seem to think of anything but pancakes that you could cook on it. Thank you…

I use mine for sausage, bacon, grilled cheese and hamburgers.
You could also grill rueben or rachel sandwiches on it, make potato pancakes, I think i’ve even done fried eggs (sunny side up or over easy).
