Quick Ramen Noodle Dinner
1 package (3 ounces) pork ramen noodles
1 can (15 ounces) chicken broth
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas and carrots
1 package kielbasa; sliced thin or diced
2 cups shredded cabbage
soy sauce, optional

Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, using chicken
broth as liquid. -
Add peas and carrots when noodles are almost done.

Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove
sausage from skillet and add to noodles. -
Cook cabbage in sausage drippings 2-4 minutes.

Place cabbage on serving platter, pour sausage noodle mixture on
top of cabbage. -
Serve with soy sauce if desired.
