Quick Ramen Noodle Dinner

1 package (3 ounces) pork ramen noodles
1 can (15 ounces) chicken broth
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas and carrots
1 package kielbasa; sliced thin or diced
2 cups shredded cabbage
soy sauce, optional

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, using chicken
    broth as liquid.

  2. Add peas and carrots when noodles are almost done.

  3. Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove
    sausage from skillet and add to noodles.

  4. Cook cabbage in sausage drippings 2-4 minutes.

  5. Place cabbage on serving platter, pour sausage noodle mixture on
    top of cabbage.

  6. Serve with soy sauce if desired.
