Raisin-Apricot Glazed Ham
8 pound fully-cooked whole boneless ham
1 18-ounce jar apricot preserves
1 2-ounce package slivered almonds
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice
For glaze, in a small bowl combine apricot preserves, slivered almonds, raisins, and lemon juice; mix well and set aside.
Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325ÂºF oven for 2 hours (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer registers 140ÂºF. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
Remove from oven and place on serving platter.
