4 turbot fillets
1 T. lemon juice
1 pkg. dry ranch-style salad dressing mix

Arrange fillets on rack in briler pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salad dressing mix. Broil for 6 minbutes on each side. Remove to serving plate. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
