Raspberry Mojito Pitcher
6 ounce Cruzan light rum
4 oz Rock Candy Syrup (or simple syrup)*
6 lime halves
handful of raspberries
30 - 40 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
Build in mixing pitcher.
Press 6 lime halves and simple syrup.
Add rum, mint leaves, raspberries, crush, fill with ice.
Stir and top with club soda.
*Simple syrup equal parts sugar and water
Bring the water to a boil. Dissolve the sugar into the boiling water.
Once the sugar is dissolved completely, remove the pan from the heat.
Allow to cool completely.
