RAVIOLI WITH SPINACH PESTO

1 bag (6 oz.) baby spinach
½ c. pine nuts
½ c. Parmesan
½ c. olive oil
¾ t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
Ravioli

Process pesto ingredients - makes 1 ½ c. Add half to ravioli. Refrigerate remaining sauce for up to one week.
