I need to bring a carrot dish to a staff party this Saturday. I will have to make it at home first. I’m not sure if I should make it, refrigerate it and then reheat it at the party. Or try and keep it warm until I get there. It’ll be at least an hour or more after I make it that we’ll be eating. It’s basically cooked carrots in a juice of butter and brown sugar. Will the carrots go soggy if they stay in this juice for a few hours??
