REALLY MOIST CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE

1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) devil’s food cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350* F. Coat two 9-inch cake tins with nonstick cooking spray.

Beat cake mix, eggs, butter and 1 c. water on low speed for 30 seconds; increase speed to medium-high; beat 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low; beat in sweet potatoes and chips.

Divide batter between pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.

Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.

NOTE: It’s the sweet potatoes that make this cake really moist.
