i am new here and would like a recipe to do with mince beef apart from meatballs

Is mincced beef the same as hamburger? If so this is a wonderful recipe.
1 lb. hamburger
1 can mushrooms, or fresh
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt, few grains pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Brown onions and garlic in butter. Add meat and brown. Add salt, pepper, flour and mushrooms. Stir and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and heat through. Use over noodles or rice.

Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce #1

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans (1 lb. ea.) tomatoes, cut up
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans (6 oz. ea.) tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
2 TB minced fresh parsley
1 TB brown sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

In large skillet, saute and crumble the meat with onion and garlic. Break up pieces of meat with fork and cook until it loses its red color. Drain off excess fat.

In a crock pot, combine browned meat, onions and garlic with remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve over hot cooked spaghetti pasta.

May be made ahead of time and frozen.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.


Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce #2 

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. mild bulk sausage
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, undrained
2 cans (6 oz. ea.) tomato paste
1 can (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Brown ground beef and sausage and drain. Add meat and sausage to the crock pot.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.  

Cover and cook on HIGH heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.

Serve over cooked spaghetti pasta. 

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

1 lb. lean ground beef 
2 TB sliced pitted ripe olives 
1/2 cup onion, chopped  
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 
5 cups hot water 
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper® chili macaroni 
1 tsp. chili powder 
1/2 tsp. garlic salt 
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained 
1 can (8-1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained

Cook beef, onion and bell pepper in Dutch oven over 
medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.

Stir in hot water, sauce mix, chili powder, garlic salt and 
tomatoes; break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
Stir in uncooked pasta, corn and olives. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
