I had this wonderful salad at the Omni Hotel in Philadelphia last year and have been trying to reproduce it ever since. This is the closest I’ve come. My husband said it was a close match. I’m sure the chef made his salad dressing from scratch, but Wish Bone Red Wine Vinaigrette is hard to beat.

Red Oak Greens Salad
1 Small Jar Baby Articholes
1 Bunch Red Leaf Lettuce
1 Package Grape Tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 Cup Pine Nuts
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup Wish Bone Red Wine Vinaigrette
Toss all ingredients with Red Wine Vinaigrette. Serve Immediately.
