Request for TGI Friday's Jack Daniels Grill Glaze

Does anyone have this recipe? We visited North Carolina a year ago and fell in love with this!

Thanks!

A show recently had a chef on from TGIF’s and he gave the following recipe for the glaze/sauce. Courtesy of TGI Friday’s, Inc.

1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup whiskey (favorite brand)
2 cups brown sugar
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and use as a sauce on a grilled meat.

Servings: 1

T.G.I. Friday’s Jack Daniels Grill Glaze

I found a site that is going to offer a glaze that taste just like it
GRILLINnCHILLIN.NET

I dont want to spam but I found the clone to buy on Tgi Fridays Jack Daniels Grill Glaze Recipe ribs clone copycat recipes and more

I’ve been a T.G.I.F. fan for some years now. I always wondered how they made that sauce. The Jack Daniel’s marinade that is in the store is not anywhere near it. I am so ready to put it on my salmon just like Friday’s do. Thanks for the recipe.

I really like the one in post #3. I have been making this for years and it comes out fantastic! I prefer to add a little liquid smoke once it cools a bit to bring out a little more smokey flavor.

This is my favorite. I go to friday’s just for this.
