Rice A Roni

3/4 cup. Uncle Ben’s Rice
1/2 cup. vermicelli broken into small pieces
1/4 cup. diced small celery
1/4 cup. minced onion
1/4 cup. minced carrots
clove of garlic minced
1 can chicken broth
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley minced
2 Tablespoon butter

Brown rice and vermicelli in 2 tablespoon. butter. Add celery,onions ,carrots and garlic to rice and noodles and add can of chicken broth. Simmer on low until rice is tender. Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
