Rice and Peach Salad

1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups corn cut from the cob
1 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
1 cup fresh or frozen peas
1 peach, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Catalina salad dressing
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 10 servings, 1/2 cup each
