Rice Krispies Chocolate Scotcheroos
1 C. light corn syrup
1 C. sugar
1 C. peanut butter
4-5 C. Kellogg’s Rice Krispies
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C. butterscotch chips
Place corn syrup and sugar into a large saucepan. Cook over medium
heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and the mixture
begins to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Add Rice
Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated. Press mixture into a 9x13
pan coated with cooking spray. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips
together in microwave until completely melted. Spread evenly over
cereal mixture. Let stand until firm. Cut into 2x1 inch bars.
