I had a boneless pork roast in the freezer so I pulled it out and put it in the crockpot at 6 AM today. I used a drizzle of olive oil, fresh parsley, loads of fresh garlic, cracked black pepper and kosher salt.
This will be served with sour cream mashed potatoes, fresh steamed carrots applesauce and a green salad - romaine, red cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, olive oil, lemon juice, cracked pepper, kosher salt and basil. (The salad is already prepared and covered in the fridge - dressing will be added later.)
And of course - the crusty Italian bread!
Dessert is chocolate parfaits - crushed chocolate wafers layered with chocolate and vanilla pudding; topped with whipped cream.
