Roasted Plum Tomatoes

2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
12 plum tomatoes
2 T. chopped fresh basil

Preheat oven to 450

Combine all the ingredients except the tomatoes and basil.

Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and gently squeeze out the seeds and juice.

Toss tomatoes in oil mixture, then pour into a 9x13 baking dish.

Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until temder but not overcooked.

Sprinkle with the basil.
