Rocky Road Cheesecake Squares
1 (11 3/4 oz.) pkg. Royal Chocolate Cheesecake
1/3 c. margarine, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
whipped topping, for garnish
In small bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and sugar.
Press mixture on bottom of 8x8" pan and chill. Meanwhile, prepare
cheesecake filling according to package directions using milk; fold
in marshmallows, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Spread over prepared
crust; chill for 1 hour. To serve, cut into squares and garnish with
whipped cream.
