Rolled Italian Steak

Thin sirloin steak is coated with fine dry seasoned Italian bread crumbs, topped with slices of three cheeses, and baked in red tomato sauce.

1 lb. boneless Sirloin Steak, cut 1/4-inch thick
Fine dry Italian bread crumbs
3 slices of EACH cheese–mozzarella, provolone, and munster
Red tomato sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
Cooked noodles

Put oil in pan and heat. Cover steak in bread crumbs. Put steak in oil and brown on both sides well; remove and cool. When cool to touch, lay the cheeses on steak and dust with more bread crumbs. Roll the steak up, place in baking pan, and cover with red sauce. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes; serve with noodles.
