Romany creams biscuit


125 gm Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup Castor sugar or Powdered sugar
1 1/2 Egg
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vannila essence
1 tbsp Coco powder
2 1/2 to 3 cup Flour
1 3/4 cup Dessicated Coconut


Cream the Butter and sugar until pale and creamy.
Add the egg and beat again.
Add the vanilla essence,baking powder,cocopowder,coconut and flour to make a smooth dough.
Roll in to 1/2 inch thickeness and cut into desired shapes.
Bake at 180C until they are done.
Sandwhich them with melted chocolate or Drizzle them with melted chocolate on top.
