Ronzoni Ham And Egg Macarrones Salad

1 package (16 oz.) RONZONI Macarrones, uncooked
1 cup diced fully cooked ham
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup cooked peas, chilled
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
1/2 cup (4-oz. jar) diced pimiento, drained
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. In large bowl, combine cooled pasta, ham, eggs, tomato, peas, carrot and pimiento; set aside. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over pasta mixture; toss well. Cover; refrigerate, stirring occasionally. 8 servings.
